One of the biggest games of the Bundesliga season takes place this weekend with Union Berlin heading to Signal Iduna Park to meet with Borussia Dortmund where both sides will be far from satisfied with their first few games.

After excellent seasons last time out, these two were in the Champions League once again in midweek and failed to secure wins for the second game in a row.

Dortmund, however, are now staring in the face of an exit after two games, given the state of that group.

Firstly, the German giants lost to Paris Saint-Germain in the French capital 2-0 and were far from a threat in the 90 minutes that day.

The club matched this with a 0-0 draw against AC Milan during the week where once again, the club failed to land a glove on the Italian side.

Back in the Bundesliga, they are still unbeaten, however, and will no doubt count themselves in the early title race.

BVB have managed to win two games and draw the other two, scoring only 12 times, however, in what has been a weaker goalscoring start than usual.

Dortmund are coming into this one off the back of a 3-1 win over Hoffenheim where Niclas Fullkrug got back amongst the goals once again before a goal from Marco Reus.

Julian Ryerson also netted in the 95th minute of the game, but a sending off for Ramy Bensebiani in the second half means he now misses this game.

Dortmund also defeated Wolfsburg before this with another finish from Reus, as he also bagged in the 4-2 win over Freiburg three weeks ago after a Mats Hummels brace and a Donyell Malen finish.

Union Berlin, on the other hand, have had a dreadful start to the season and this continued in midweek with a defeat in the Champions League.

This was the club's first-ever Champions League home game, and a 3-2 loss to Braga was made much worse by the fact they led 2-0 after a brace in the first half from Sheraldo Becker.

In the Bundesliga, the club are sitting down in 11th after six games, losing four of them and securing just two victories.

This now sees the club head into this one with losses to Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig, Wolfsburg and Heidenheim, which, alarmingly, have all come in a row. Couple this with their Champions League losses, and it now means a six-game losing streak for Union.

Forebet predicts a win for Dortmund and over 2.5 goals.
