Liverpool will attempt to send manager Jurgen Klopp off with one final Premier League win. The team is unbeaten in three straight matches, but will our algorithm predict a Liverpool win over Wolverhampton Wanderers?

Liverpool took five points from their last nine points on offer. Since losing to Manchester United in the FA Cup, the Reds’ season has been up and down. It led to the team falling off the pace for the Premier League title.

Klopp has achieved Champions League qualification once more, which will help with the handover to coach Arne Slot.

Liverpool are in a far better position with Klopp leaving compared to when he arrived.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have been playing like they are on holiday already. The Old Gold lost four of their last five Premier League matches.

Manager Gary O’Neil’s first season has been a success. After having Financial Fair Play issues heading into the season, he led a team lacking in quality from top to bottom to Premier League safety.

Wolves can finish as high as 10th but must win and the teams above them must lose to achieve the position. Based on the Old Gold’s form, a win will be difficult to come by at Anfield.

Liverpool are the league’s best home team. They took 45 points from 18 games, with Crystal Palace the only team to win at Anfield this season.

Palace helped end Liverpool’s title fight. The Reds have scored 47 goals and conceded just 17 times at Anfield.

Wolverhampton Wanderers failed to win their last five away matches. They failed to score in two of those five matches.

Wolves are the league’s fifth-lowest scoring team. They have scored just 50 goals this season. Meanwhile, the defence is the league’s seventh-worst, with 63 goals allowed.

Liverpool are the third-best scorers in the league, tallying 84. In addition, Liverpool have the third-best defence, with only 41 goals allowed.

Liverpool won their last two matches against Wolves, including the reverse fixture 3-1 at Molineux. Although the Reds struggled, they found a way to come from a goal down to score three times and win.

Cody Gakpo, Andy Robertson, and an own goal from Hugo Bueno gave the Reds the win. Hee-Chan Hwang had previously opened the scoring for Wolves.

Mohamed Salah could finish the season with 20 goals, but would need to score twice against Wolves. Salah has five career goals and five career assists in 14 matches versus Wolves.

Our score prediction is for a 3-0 win for Liverpool over Wolverhampton. Wolves’ poor form should see them drop to another loss against the Reds.
