On Saturday afternoon, Chelsea host Leicester at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League, as the home team look to make up ground on the teams above them.

Chelsea look to be back on track in the Premier League after two straight wins over Manchester City and Brighton last time out. The Blues are currently fourth place in the Premier League table, two points behind third-place Tottenham and three ahead of fifth-place Arsenal.

Maurizio Sarri’s team have rediscovered their goalscoring touch in recent league matches, scoring at least twice in three of their last four matches.

The team from south west London are unbeaten in 12 home league matches in the Premier League, having won three of their last four. The Blues last three league games at Stamford Bridge have been low scoring. The fact that Sarri’s team have kept three straight clean sheets has contributed to the relatively low scoring encounters.

Leicester City are currently 12th place in the Premier League table after an inconsistent league campaign so far. The Foxes head into this difficult clash on the back of two straight league defeats and just one win in six Premier League matches. Last time out Claude Puel’s team suffered a 1-0 defeat against Crystal Palace.

The Foxes recent Premier League matches haven't been high scoring, with under 2.5 goals scored in their last eight games in the top-flight.

The visitors have been inconsistent on their travels in the Premier League of late, winning just one of their last five away matches. The side from the Midlands has also won just three of their last 12 away matches.

The Foxes recent away games have been low scoring, with under 2.5 goals scored in their last four away matches in the Premier League.

Forebet predicts that this game will go with the formbook and Chelsea will record a victory in a high scoring clash.
