Montpellier are midtable in the French top-flight table. However, an away win would move the visitors to within a point of their hosts in the table.
Unfortunately for the visitors, wins have been hard to find in recent Ligue One matches, as they have won just once in their last four outings in the French top-flight.
Montpellier have been difficult to beat of late though in Ligue One, as a 3-1 home defeat against PSG ended a seven-game unbeaten run for the visitors in French top-flight.
The visitors do not have a great recent away record in Ligue One, as they have drawn their last three away matches, but have failed to win in nine outings.
