Bournemouth and Everton will meet in what is arguably the biggest game of the season for both sides with them separated by just one place in the table and one of these could end up in the relegation zone if they lose here and other results go against them.

Ahead of the game, Everton are just one point above Bournemouth in 16th and their excellent defensive record so far does see them with a bit more breathing room on teams around them.

Frank Lampard has guided his side to only three wins and six losses so far, but with 14 goals let in from 14 games, only those in the top three of the Premier League table can boast of better records, while Everton have conceded fewer goals than sides like Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea.

On the other hand, with just 11 goals scored, only Wolverhampton Wanderers and Nottingham Forest in the bottom two have scored fewer.

Much of this comes down to the fact they've had to deal with a bunch of injuries and in truth, the break for the World Cup will be welcomed by Lampard as he will hopefully get to use this time to get players back to full fitness.

Oddly enough, these two met in midweek as Bournemouth hammered the Toffees 4-1, going 2-0 up at one stage.

Demarai Gray got a mere consolation goal for Everton at the Vitality Stadium on Tuesday, with Jamal Lowe, Junior Stanislas, Emi Marcondes and Jaidon Anthony all scoring a goal each in a sensational attacking display by the Cherries.

At the same time, Everton fans can't build up too much hope of things being that different this weekend, given how they still played with most of their best XI, as Mason Holgate, Yerry Mina and Michael Keane lined up at the back with Neal Maupey and Anthony Gordon playing up top with James Garner in midfield.

In the league, however, Bournemouth have lost all four of their recent games and despite the impressive bounce back by Gray O'Neil following the sacking of Scott Parker, they have now plummeted down the league table and are clearly in a relegation battle.

Southampton beat them at home, before Spurs did the same, while West Ham United and Leeds United beat them in recent games too. Forebet predicts a draw here and over 2.5 goals in the game with not much separating them right now.
