The Bottom 2 Clash With Sheffield United and Burnley Looking All But Down and Out

It’s one of the biggest games of the season down at the bottom end of the Premier League table and Forebet has grouped together all of the latest data, analysis and mathematics for this weekend’s football predictions.

Burnley and Sheffield United are the two teams going at one another this weekend in the Premier League, as both sit down in the relegation zone ahead of this match.

It does, however, seem as if relegation is all but certain for these two teams, regardless of what may happen in this game.

Sheffield United have been bottom of the table for practically the entire season and have only three wins on the board from the 32 games.

The data also shows how they have now let in 84 goals and are within just four goals of equalling Derby County's worst-ever defensive record set in 2007/08.

The Blades have also scored just 30 of their own and it's now eight games without a win when they defeated Luton Town 3-1 at Kenilworth Road.

Cameron Archer scored another goal that day, as James McAtee netted from the penalty spot alongside a goal from Vinicius Souza.

Awful results have since come, including a 5-0 home loss to Brighton & Hove Albion and a 6-0 home defeat to Arsenal.

In fact, throughout the season, Sheffield United have let in five or more goals in game, including five to Burnley and a record-breaking eight against Newcastle United.

In that loss away to Burnley at Turf Moor, Jay Rodriguez scored after just one minute with Jacob Bruun Larsen scoring too, alongside a finish in the second half each from Zeki Amdouni, Josh Brownhill and Luca Koleosho.

Last weekend, the Blades lost again as Brentford defeated them 2-0 at home, although they did manage to get a commendable draw against Chelsea on home soil just before that.

Nevertheless, Sheffield United are 10 behind the relegation zone and can face a mathematical drop back into the Championship within the next two weeks.

As for Burnley, their gap is six on Nottingham Forest in 17th with the club earning one more win than Sheffield United after a victory over Brentford last month.

The Clarets have managed to get draws against Chelsea, Wolves, Everton and Brighton since that win to cut their gap on the safe spots of the Premier League.

Forebet now predicts a draw and for the game to see over 2.5 goals.
